What are custom personas? How do I create them?

Introduction:​

Personas are a feature within Chat Aid that alter the manner in which it responds to queries. In addition to the predefined personas like; Default, Powerful, Straightforward, Casual, and Jane Austen, users have the flexibility to create their own custom personas directly from the Chat Aid dashboard.

Creating Custom Personas:​

When you opt for a custom persona, you're essentially tailoring Chat Aid's responses to your preferences and needs. Here's how you can create, enable, edit, and delete custom personas:

Create Your Own Persona:​

  • Define the characteristics, tone, and style that align with your preferences or organizational requirements.
  • For example: You're creating a custom persona called "Empathetic Advisor:" This persona is characterized by its compassionate and supportive tone, aimed at providing ephathetic responses.
  • If you want to use the persona you are creating, click on "Create and select persona". Else you can click on "Create persona" and select it for use later.

Editing and Deleting Custom Personas:​

  • Users have the flexibility to refine or modify their custom personas as needed.
  • · Access the Persona settings to edit the attributes of your custom persona.
  • If a custom persona is no longer required, you have the option to delete it from your Chat Aid dashboard.
